- MULTIPLE NEW CHALLENGES: As kids advance, this robot adds depth to their play with multi-step coding paths, 45° turns, and object-sensing reactions that encourage them to design longer routes, refine strategies, and tackle more complex problem-solving.
-
MULTISENSORY FUN: Lights, sounds, and playful music give this kids robot a lot of coding options! The 16 secret code combinations offer open-ended play for curious young creators.
This open-ended robot kit encourages kids to think like engineers and storytellers at the same time. They can turn the included boards and obstacles into city streets, outer space adventures, or treasure hunts, then program their coding bot to navigate twists, turns, and surprises along the way. Each new route becomes a mini challenge in robotics for kids, inviting them to predict what will happen, test their plan, and adjust when Botley 2.0 takes an unexpected turn.
Because everything is screen free, kids stay focused on hands-on discovery—laying out coding cards, moving pieces, and physically tracking where the robot travels. Grown-ups can join in by asking “What do you think will happen next?” or “How can we fix that?” to gently introduce concepts like sequencing, logic, and debugging that are at the heart of STEM robots for kids ages 5–7.
Designed to grow with your child, Botley 2.0 transitions from simple paths to more advanced adventures that feel like play, not lessons. Kids can challenge themselves to build longer sequences, invent new rules for their coding games, or collaborate with siblings and friends to design shared missions. Whether it’s part of homeschool activities, a classroom center, or weekend family fun, this robotics kit keeps curiosity moving, one command at a time.
